Today I sit down with the founder of the Las Vegas yoga community Home Means Yoga, Jessica Ain. We met in yoga teacher training in 2015 in downtown Las Vegas. Jessica is a Las Vegas native passionate about bringing mindfulness to all people. She has been teaching within the school system for over a decade and is currently getting her PhD in special education. Her heart is as big as the ocean and our conversation is sure to inspire you.
